Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. For U.S. residents order processing can take up to 5 business days and shipping (depending on where you live within the U.S.) can take an additional week. (Barring inclement weather and holiday season delays) Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order. Orders can also take less than time specified and you could receive your order faster. If you place your order on a Friday after 11 am eastern standard time, order processing will begin the following Monday.

International shipping can take up to 4 weeks inclusive of processing times. Please note that Myrthland is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. Myrthland does not enforce these fees and we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us. Import duties, custom fees, taxes, or any other charges posed by your country's government are the sole responsibility of the customer even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

Please note all Standard, Express, Expedited, Domestic and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
